Hello I enjoyed this video very much but I do have a question at around 1:09 you can see the opponent standing and JT holding on to the leg.I do this as well but people pass my guard lol. I was wondering if you can elaborate more on this possition that JT is in and what are the important grips to have and posture in order for the opponent not to pass.

I think that JT and Mike Fowler are proof that Lloyd Irvin’s strategies and techniques are for real. You here all the naysayers say that he got his black belt in BJJ so fast because he was already a Judo or Sambo champion or whatever. Well here is another guy that he is taking and molding him into a world champion.
